  • DOUBLE ROOM PACKAGE: 2 to 3 nights hotel accommodation, based on two persons occupancy.

  • VIP Platinum ticket to the IRAWMA on Sunday, March 29, 2020.

  • Ground transportation from hotel (if staying in Kingston Hotel) to and from the Red Carpet 38th IRAWMA’s ceremony.

  • No airline ticket(s) and/or other forms of travel are included in this package; this is a Hotel and VIP ticket package only.   

  • IMPORTANT NOTE: If, a non-refundable deposit is made to secure/guarantee your room and admission ticket; please not that final payment must be made no later than March 1, 2020.

  • Hotel rooms can be booked and paid for directly with Hotel of your choice in Kingston or on the north coast. 

  • If you are staying on the North coast, we maybe able to assist you with transportation companies that can take you to the Awards ceremony and back.   Then to guarantee your V-VIP or VIP ticket to walk the red-carpet and the Awards showcase, you can visit www.irawma.com to reservice your ticket.

CANCELLATION:
Your right to a refund if you change or cancel your travel plans is limited. All cancellation requests must be sent to Martin’s International in writing at  irawmasponsor@gmail.com and copy to  planningyourtrip@gmail.com. If cancellation is made before January 29, 2020, you are entitled to an 80% refund,  if notified in writing. If cancellation is after January 29, 2020, the package price will be non-refundable. Cancellation penalties are advised at the time of booking and provided to you upon confirmation.

PASSPORT RULES:

A valid Passport will be required to travel to/from Jamaica. As a rule, Passports should have at least six months of validity when traveling internationally. Some countries will not permit a traveler to enter their country unless the passport is set to expire at least six months after the final day of travel.
